Hello, please make sure you are logged in to MT4 with an Investment Password (Viewing Password)?
How to view: Select “Trade” in the MT4 bottom menu bar and look at the end of the position order. If an x is shown, you are currently logged into your account with an investment password (watch password).
Please note that after logging in to your trading account using the investment password (watch password), you will only be able to view your positions and trading history, and will not be able to perform any trading operations on the account.
