To access the MT4 platform, you will need to obtain your account number, password and server information from the email “MT4 Real Account Details” that we send you.
Open your MT4 platform and select “File – Login to Trading Account”.
Enter your account number in the login box. Make sure you enter your password correctly, and if you’re copying and pasting, make sure you don’t copy any extra spaces.
Select the relevant server listed in the email from the drop-down menu.
If you don’t see the server, just manually type live.. com, and then select Sign In.
You will see an update on the status of your connection in the bottom right corner of the platform.
If the connection status shows “Invalid Account”, make sure your password is entered correctly. If it says “Not connected”, double-check that the server address is entered correctly.
