Common reasons why deposits don’t work and how to fix them
Scenario 1: The customer did not click paid after payment and could not remind the payment company’s trader to verify whether the amount had arrived in time, resulting in the order being invalidated and not passed.
Solution: Customers need to provide the deposit order number and transfer certificate for the payment company to check whether the account has arrived.
Scenario 2: Deposits or transfers made by a customer in a different name, or notes with sensitive information are returned.
Solution: Customers are required to provide the deposit order number, transfer voucher and information of the payer, including name, card number and bank, so that the payment company can verify and process the refund.
Scenario 3: The actual payment amount does not match the order amount.
Solution: Currently the order cannot be converted into a deposit based on the actual amount of money received, if the transfer amount is less than the order amount, the order will be passed only after making up the amount according to the trader’s bank account number provided by the payment company. If the customer overpays, the payment company will arrange for a refund of the overpayment.
Scenario 4: If a customer transfers money through an automated teller machine (ATM), the arrival time may take more than 24 hours.
Solution: Since the payee of ATM transfer cannot view the payer’s information, we recommend you to use UnionPay transfer to make the deposit. If you have chosen ATM transfer, please provide the receipt to your dedicated one-to-one account manager for verification.
